Drawing sap from reenergizing Maples on a late Winter’s day. Sounds of clanging buckets to be filled, then sugar water boiled away. Smiles on young and old alike, as the steamy sweet smells linger in the air. Instilling visions of pancakes, waffles and jack wax smothered in amber fare. Yes, tis the season, with plenty of rhyme and reason I do declare!
